  NDRRESOURCE - read an NDR resource file

  J = ndr.fun.ndrresource(RESOURCENAME)

  Reads the JSON resource file RESOURCENAME from the NDR resource directory.
  Returns a Matlab structure that is output by JSONDECODE.
