  SONGETCHANTITLE Returns the channel title

  TITLE=SONGETCHANTITLE(FH, CHAN)

  INPUTS FH is the file handle
          CHAN is the channel number (0 to SONMaxChans()-1
  OUTPUT the channel title as a string
