SONGetChanComment

  SONGETCHANCOMMENT returns the comment string for the specified channel

  COMMENT=SONGETCHANCOMMENT(FH, CHAN)
                          FH SON file handle
                          CHAN Channel number (0 to SONMAXCHANS-1)
  Returns the channel comment as a string.
