menu_BatchProcess

  menu_BatchProcess implements batch processing of data files in sigTOOL

  Example:
  menu_BatchProcess(hObject, EventData)
        standard menu callback from sigTOOL GUI

  menu_BatchProcess may also be called from the command line without any
  input arguments (but requires jvm)
