ImportWAV

  ImportWAV load wav formats audio files

  Example:
  matfilename=ImportWAV(filename, targetpath)

  Inputs:   filename    full path/filename of source
            targetpath  target folder for output
  Output:   matfilename name of the generated sigTOOL data file
