SONItemSize

  SONITEMSIZE returns the size of a data item on the specified channel (bytes)

  BYTES=SONITEMSIZE(FH, CHAN)
  where FH is the SON file handle and CHAN is the channel number 
  (0 - SONMaxChan()-1)
